One last hurrah for The Greeting Farm's Hoppy Easter Kit and some Coordinating Cut Files

Hey everyone!  It's the day after Easter and the Print and Cut team has one last inspirational blog post for you!  Just in case you guys needed one last look at the kit so scrap all your wonderful Easter pictures!  I have to say the team did a phenomenal job!  Here's my projects for this week.

For project was to create a 3D project.  I decided to create the Free Standing Pop Up Card.  I created the template on my silhouette.  Super easy!  This card folds and fits in an A2 envelope.  I pretty much used all the elements from the Hoppy Easter kit.The "some bunny loves you" is from Mama Elephant.

My second project was a LO, I decided to do an Easter LO because I wanted you guys to see it used as an Easter LO one last time.  I know you must have taken tons of Easter pics, so why not do my last LO as an Easter LO.  I used the journal cards, again, I erased the "my bunny" and stamped the "I'm all ears!" which is from Mama Elephant.  Resized the pink bunny and added some doilies and enamel dots.

Back to blogging, sort of...

Its been five months since I last blogged! Wowzer! To be honest, with Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, I really don't have time to blog. Blogging takes a lot from you, you have to compose a post, resize pictures, add my siggie and upload it all.  Not only is it a pain to do all this, I rarely upload my pics from my phone onto my computer. Until of course I'm outta space.  With that said if you haven't guessed it, my phone had no more room for pics I was over 4000+ pics, so I had to finally upload them to my computer and save it onto my EHD. Not a fun process!  Anyhow, this post will be picture heavy with a few of the things I've created.  So sit back and enjoy the show (^_^)

Weekend Recap

Yes folks I am back! Shocked I'm blogging again? Me too! LOL!  Thought I'd share my weekend happenings in picture:

Wanted to play with my Silhouette so I thought I'd try and cut out this cutie.

Continued catching up on Project Life and yes folks, I'm only on Week 8.

Needed to give my little brain a change of scenery so I decided to go back to the Silhouette and play some more.

Decided not to use the Princess carriage and just make the card super simple.

Wanted to prep these cuties and have them all ready for my next project.

Spent Monday driving my in-laws around.

While we waited for the in-laws someone must have been hot and decided to sit on her water bowl that was FULL of water. Looks like it did the trick because she was super happy after she pulled that stunt!  What a lucky little girl to be able to pull something like that off w/o it being an issue.  What a dog's life!

Hello!  Before I start on today's post I want to thank everyone for stopping by my poor neglected blog.  Thanks so much for the comments and I hope to be back in full blog-surfing soon so I can  visit everyone's blog!  

Onto my card..  This was made for dh's niece who had her 1st Communion the day before my in-law's 50th Anniversary.  As you can see from past post, I've had celebrations almost every weekend.  So even though it may not look as though I've been crafting, I have.  Just not as much as before but I've done some stuff here and there.  Anyhow, simple, simple card...

PS - Could I please ask for prayers for my dh's Uncle who's in ICU.  A few months ago he was diagnosed with lung cancer.  They operated and took the tumors our but this weekend he wasn't his normal self and they found a massive tumor in his brain.  I believe in the power or prayer so please if you could add him in your prayers I would truly appreciate it!!!  Thank you and GOD Bless!

A Feature and Mindy's 2nd Vday kit

Aloha everyone! Thanks for all the great comments and visits! I truly appreciate it!!! Especially the comments...I know I'm not the best stamper out there (digi is another thing) but it's always nice to hear about my work whether it be good or bad it helps me grow as an artist!! So please always feel free to leave me a comment whether it be about my work or just to shoot me a "hello"! No biggie if you're shy, I always welcome everyone to this creative process of mine!

I'm just loving TGF's Anya and Ian stamps!! They are definitely my new favorite! Here's one that I grabbed as soon as it came out. I have no clue why the colors are so deep...it looks different IRL, and I'm so irritated that the hair looks awful...ugh, oh well...thank goodness I'm not giving this to a fellow stamper! LOL!

Pink Poison - Pink Riding Hood

LOL...yeah, yeah she's suppose to be Red Riding Hood but I wanted to use up my retired DSP from SU! so that's how she became Pink Riding Hood...LOL! I'm actually not to thrilled on how this came out. But I wanted to create something. I guess the creative juices are not flowin' tonight. It could be because I went to Fisher to look for the New Hero Art stamps that Joy got and there were no more :( I even had the sales person look through all the new boxes and they had everything but that! Alice in Wonderland - Pink Poison

OK, I totally forgot what's Pink Poison's new name is...too lazy to look for it so I'll have to edit this later. LOL! Been cleaning all day and frankly I'm beat and lazy!

I needed to upload something new on this blog so here's a card I did using PP's Alice in Wonderland stamp. I know, I know...I totally suck in coloring w/my Copics...gotta learn to master the art of coloring with Copics. As you can see the face and some parts of the dress are very uneven, but I did not want to go over the face again because I did not want her face to be too dark. And I actually just noticed the dress is uneven. Sigh... I guess practice makes perfect. (And if you're wondering, I got the set of Copics while visiting Japan and let me tell you, they are soo much cheaper there!) Gonna have to do another Alice to replace the one on the card, but for now here's a pic taken with my point and shoot which I hate using when taking a pic of my cards...but oh well. LOL! TFL!
