More Hoppy Easter Inspirations!

Good Day!  The Greeting Farm's Print and Cut team is back with more inspiration using the Hoppy Easter kit.  Our theme was one Easter project and one spring project.  Here are my take on it:

On this first project, I did a Spring LO...I used the flower element (blue flower with green background), "Spring is Here" 3x4 journal card (behind Avery's picture), 3x4 polka dot journal card, I cut the "Egg-stra Special" tag to just "Special" also did that with the "Happy" from "Happy Easter" but for some reason it fell off (will need to retake pic to include it.).  This was taken during Spring in DC when the Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom (gorgeous!) and this is with my first Samoyed, Avery.  I've always wanted to scrap this picture and the elements of the Hoppy Easter kit went perfect with it!

My second project is a card in a box.  I just love making these!  I love how well the Hoppy Easter kit worked with this.  I'll be handing these cute little card in a box to my nieces for Easter.   If you haven't made them, you should!  They are addicting!

TGF LO #9

Today I am using the new kit by TGF called Sunny Glen. I think this kit was perfect for those fall LO's! Of course you can use this for anything but the papers reminded me of fall.

Once again my LO is of my precious Avery. I'm trying to make a book of him for me. All the other books I created were for my dh. I wanted to put all the feelings and memories I have of him and how him being gone has really affected me. OK, I'm not going to write about more or else my eyes will start tearing. (wah!) TGF LO #8 - Thankful LO

It's Wednesday and you all who visit my blog knows what that means. It's TGF digital LO day! We were as to do a LO with a "thankful" or "Thanksgiving" theme. I chose to do a "thankful" LO. As usual, my LOs are simple and I usually like using only one photo if I can help it. Once again I recolored the paper to give it that "Thanksgiving/Thankful" feel. Reminiscing ...

I haven't had time to work on anything crafty lately. I've been busy running errands and doing stuff around the house. Hopefully that'll change today! Especially since I should be getting my the new 2009 - 2010 Stampin' UP! Idea Book and Catalog! Can't wait!

Anyhow, I was going through my personal blog and found these set of pictures. These pictures were taken in Feb 07. I loved when it snowed , it was never too much, just right! I'm sure dh didn't think so especially when he had to go into work (^o^). Anyhow, the one year death anniversary of my baby Avery is coming up at the end of the month so I thought I'd post pictures of him from now until the anniversary. I still get sad and teary eye whenever I think of him (which is every night). What a great dog he was and how much he's left a big hole in our hearts (*o*). I'm gonna stop it at here or else I won't be able to continue typing this post.
