New Moon Birthday Party!!!

My niece like everyone I know (OK, mostly everyone I know) is into the whole Twilight Saga! But believe it or not, she's on Team Jacob! (GASP!) LOL! Her bday is this month and asked me to do her invites. I of course did it digitally since it's quicker for me and cost effective for everyone all around! So here's what I came up with...I know she loves it already since she's already told me...LOL! Sorry short post, been VERY busy and I haven't had time to stamp (@o@) I so miss it! Since this month is extremely busy for me I may not be posting as much so please be patient with me (^o^). Anyhow, TFL!

So if you by chance are her, please contact me so I can give you credit!!! Don't you guys think this is such a great idea?!?! I will make a few of these for the nieces and you can bet I'll be making Christmas ones too!!! TFL!

A few RAKs

OMG, I'm so behind on posting my RAKs! Please by all means, don't think I'm not thankful! I am! I've been so busy last few months! When I receive a RAK, I immediately keep it! I do so I don't loose it in my craft mess of madness and I don't want it to get dirty or anything. If you send me something that's wrapped in cello, I won't open it! haha! Call me crazy but it's true! LOL! Anyhow here are a few RAKs I'd like to share. If you don't see yours, please know I will post soon (^o^) And please know that I'm really THANKFUL for all your kindness!

This first one is from my gf Margarita, she bought me a Copic Multiliner and made this cute card! For those that have a FB account, you all know I recently caved and finally got a Cricut! I resisted for sooo long but because I'm participating in a Craft Fair this holiday, I figured it'll help me w/mass producing! Anyhow, I just learned how to use it and made the HK face...so cute! Right now I'm borrowing my bff Joy's cartridge until mine arrives (thanks Joy!). BTW, she has an awesome store called Tamiko's. Check it out and shop your heart out! (^o^)

This next RAK is from my dear friend and owner of Pineapple Cove, ManLe! We had a get together at her store this weekend. She taught us how to make an Explosion Box. I've always wanted to make one but never had the chance or knew how! It was neat-o! LOL! I would post the pic, but I took a really crappy one. I'm always posting so late my eyes aren't working well...so I'll have to take another pic and post it later. Anyhow, she gave us these cute soaps that are shaped as slippahs and plumeria, sooo cute! I'll never open or use them ever! haha! If you live on the island and have yet to visit the store, I strongly suggest you do, not only is it a scrapbook store, but ManLe is such a sweet person! Oh and check out her blog right now since my baby Roxy is featured on her blog! LOL!

I got these goodies from Joy U. Won it on her blog! Can you believe all the great goodies she gave?!?!?! Wow! I love it! Along w/the goodies, she made me a checkbook cover and a folder of images! I'll post those tomorrow! But for now here's what she had posted on her blog, I took it from her site because I had used some papers already and I figured it was easier cause really I'm so lazy right now! LOL!

And last but not least, I got a RAK from the talented Enjoli! She sent me one of her famous HK notebooks! Can you see how cute it is? And yes folks, the plastic is still on. Anyhow, not only did she send the notebook but she sent a stamp (I've been wanting for some time now) and some other goodies! Wow, can you say I'm blessed to have great friends? I truly am! Ladies thanks so much!!!

(sorry for the crappy photo!)

OK, that's it for now...Aloha!

San Diego

Since I haven't had time to craft, I thought I'd post a LO! I love the simplicty of this LO and looking at it makes me miss San Diego. I absolutely love San Diego, but didn't realize it until we moved away. Don't get me wrong, I love Hawaii just as much...I guess maybe they're tied...hmm, not sure about that. If I knew dh didn't have to transfer I'd say lets stay here for good. However since that is not possible the next place I'd want to move to is back to San Diego. Really if you ask me my first choice would always be Yokosuka, Japan! But that's totally out of the question (@_@) so since we were so blessed to have had the opportunity to live here, I guess I'll make due with San Diego...LOL! I do miss the cold weather and yes folks San Diego can get pretty cold! And I miss spending Christmas there...it's just not the same here. Anyhow, I made this LO when I was still living in DC and missed San Diego terribly! Anyhow, thanks for allowing me to ramble...LOL! Here's the LO! TFL!

One of the things...

..I've been working on. My gf Corinna asked me to do her son's birth announcement and change of address cards. I did four samples and she opted for the most simplest design (wish I knew that before cause it was the last card I created). Anyhow, here it is...

I have some great RAKs to post, but have yet to take pics of. Oh and the blog candy that I won from Joy! Joy, I may need to pull the pic off your site (^o>)

And the winner is...

Congrats Jenny! I will send you an email later today with more info! BTW, it was so great to meet you and thanks so much for the goodies!! I don't want to open it up cause it's sooo pretty! Please let us know when you're back on the island! Sorry I couldn't talk to you much since I was tryin' to do my tags (^o^)

Stamp n' Scrap Hawaii Featured Blogger

*Please scroll down to see my second post for today!*

Wow, can you believe I'm the featured blogger (lil ole me!) at Stamp n' Scrap Hawaii. What an honor! Thanks so much guys for featuring me on your fan-tab-ulous blog!!!! Folks, if you haven't visited the SSH blog, please do so! Can't wait to see how the team interprets my work!!

Another Bday Card

Sorry for another quick and short post but I don't have much to say and busy, busy, busy...lol! On to my card...a bday card for my friend. Also made the box to house some goodies!

Love this!

I just love the simplicity of this box! It was super easy to make and I can bust out with a bunch of these if I had to! I think I'll be making these boxes when I have to house some goodies! Not much else to write about so here's my project, hope you like it! Aloha!

(Sorry it's a bit blurry, I had a headache now and while I was taking it, and to be honest, I'm too lazy to pull out the camera and go through the uploading process and etc.)

It's the middle of the month!

And that means, it's time for another blogwear give away! Here's what's up for grabs and a personalized banner:

All you got to do is:
Leave a comment and tell me what city and state you live in.

That's it! You have until Friday to leave a comment! Good luck!

BTW - the new blogwear was made using Mindy's latest kit Sprinkles!

Dressy Miss Anya

Another quick post since it's really late (or better yet, really early). Finally cut my Dressy Miss Anya Set today. Been dying to make a card! Any who, here it is! TFL!

WooHoo!!!

New Moon, thanks Margarita!

Gift Card Box

Happy Aloha Friday! Quick post since it's super late! I made this Gift Card Box for some GC's I'm making for a Craft Fair I'm participating in. Made a set of GC Holders of different occasion and decided to make a box to house them. That's it! LOL! Got the image from Miss Janis. I'm sorry but I don't remember the name of the bear, I swear Janis mentioned it to me several times, but I think I was overwhelm with her collection. If anyone knows what they're called, please let me know. Mahalo! Hope you all have a great weekend! BTW, I got the box tutorial from Keri Metzger, she made a Crayon Box but the dimensions were too small for me so I had to change it up a bit. Pls. let me know if you'd like my dimensions and I'll post.

RAKs from Sunday's get together

Before I share my RAKs, I wanted to share the GC Folder I made for my bro. Inside is a Mac GC since he's a Mac lover! LOL!

OK here are my RAKs from our weekend get together:

The RAK I got from Jamee was eaten as well as the candies that came inside of Janis' favor (dh ate it! LOL).

What I got from the card swap:

Happy Birthday to my brother...

Today is his bday and I can't believe he's the age that he is. He acts so much younger than me and he's not! Ugh! LOL! He use to live with me here and wished he still did. But he's back at home helping my mom and dad since my dad's stroke. So I'm thankfully he can be there for them. Anyhow, I made my card digitally because, well he's a guy and doesn't really care for my Ian cards...hahaha! He loves my dog Roxy as if she was his own and she so loves him. So I figured he'd appreciate and keep this card. Real simple, again he's not into the fancy dancy...so this is what I made...enjoy and TFL! I'll post my RAKs from Denise's get together tomorrow! Aloha!
